Obituary for Koeta Lynne Anderson Lintz

Koeta Lynne Anderson Lintz, 68 died October 15, 2020, at Port St. Lucie Hospital with her family by her side.

She was born September 13, 1952 in Peoria, Illinois to James and Maxine Anderson. Her family moved to Fort Pierce in 1961. Koeta attended local schools and graduated with the last senior class of Dan McCarty High School in 1970.

Keota is survived by two sisters Linda (Bill) Reid, Melbourne, FL, Leta (Lee) Jenkins, Fort Pierce, FL, a nephew Ryan (Diana Mims) Reid Cocoa, FL, two nieces Sheila Reid, Melbourne, FL, Taylor Jenkins, Fort Pierce, FL and a great niece Shannon Reid, Cocoa, FL. Aunts, sister-in-law, great nieces, nephews and cousins residing out of state.
She is predeceased by her husband Mark C. Lintz, father James Anderson, mother and stepfather Maxine and Emmett Ward.

Koeta started working while in high school and continued gaining skills eventually working as a bookkeeper for Grimes Heating and Air Conditioning and Beyel Brothers. At the time of her death she was employed as an administrative assistant with the AARP Foundation. Koeta was a member of Westside Church.

A memorial service will be held December 13, 2020, at Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34947. Visitation from 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm with the service beginning at 2:00 pm.
