Nancy Van Alstyne Curcio Childers

Nancy Van Alstyne Curcio Childers, age 60, passed away on December 11, 2012. She was born on October 11, 1952 in Peoria, Illinois. Nancy was employed as a Title Examiner/Abstracter and following her retirement she worked as a CNA/HHA. She was a member of th Fort Pierce Fraternal Order of Eagles and Mason Lodge in Stuart, Florida. Nancy was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, caregiver and funseeker. Preceded in death by her mother, Norma (Shook) Mims and grandson, Joshua Curcio; she is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Jolene) Curcio; daughter, Rebecca Childers-Garcia; granddaughter who was raised as her daughter, Amber Curcio; grandchildren, J.P., David, Hydie, and Haylie Garcia and Tony Goodman; great granddaughter, Mollie Grochowski; half-sister, Glenda (Mel) Twist; half-brother, Fred (Pat) Van Alstyne and many loving friends. There will not be any calling hours or services at this time. Memorial donations or flowers may be sent to the Reed Funeral Home 705 Raff Rd. SW Canton, Ohio 44710.

Sorry to hear of Nancy's passing.  I thought she was a very quiet and pretty girl.  Prayers are with her family.
