Timothy Harold Hoover, 67, of Melbourne, Fl., passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2019. Tim was born August 19, 1952 in Metarie, Lousiana to Carl Burnous Hoover and Patricia Mae (Flannery) Hoover. He leaves his children Rachelle Hoover and Cory Hoover; sisters, Karen Hiers, Charlene Moody, Lynn Mercer, Charlotte Van Patten and Carolyn Crawford.
