Patricia O'Neill (Rodgers)

I always remember Franklin as being a very nice young man, nice in every way. I am sadden at the news of his passing. God Bless his family.  Franklin will be missed..

Frank was a very nice guy, we had several classes together he always treated all the girls with respect. He will be missed by all. And old friend.  WandaLee Weaver. May God bless the family.
